My sister and i only stayed for one night, but it was great. roswita, the front office agent, was kind and helpful. livia, the front office manager, was also great and informative. the hotel's location is amazing. It is right next to the spire!
after dark, we felt a little insecure walking across sackville from o'connell.

My room had a king bed. i paid 9 eur for the breakfast option (it was worth it). the staff was friendly and created a fun vibe. the location was great. It was close to many attractions.

i found the hotel to have a very convenient location. it made walking around the city easy. the little bar in the lobby created a great atmosphere. the staff were friendly and helpful .
i thought the room needed a dressing table and a wardrobe. the storage space felt insufficient. i also noticed the breakfast area got crowded quickly.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They looked after us well. The hotel provided a free cocktail upon arrival. I could leave my luggage for free and explore the area luggage-free on my last day.
The room lacked storage. There were no cabinets or shelves available. The pillows provided were hard. I found them quite uncomfortable. The bathroom was also very small.
